Testing the amazing carbon transfer print. /
The original digital file
I recently commissioned a print from The Wet Print, an alternative photographic printing service, using a technique which was unknown to me. Carbon transfer Is a craft process that requires several days of work, achieving high quality unique results in each print.
Closeup detail of the finished print
The result is awesome. Calvin Grier, The Wet Print alma mater takes care of his work with delicacy and professionalism. I recommend visiting his website.

New book: F R A G I L E /
This work is about fragility. About a certain mood. About watching things with a different look. About the thrill of finding hidden beauty.
Portrait of Víctor Obiols for his last book /
I did the portrait of musician and poet Víctor Obliols, also known as Víctor Bocanegra, for his last book "Sacrilegis".
New portrait: Marcio Scavone. Portraying the portraitist /
I had the chance to do a portrait of my good friend Marcio Scavone, great brazilian photographer.
In doing his portrait I've tried to follow his wise advices. As he once said: "Todo retrato é um autorretrato" (every portrait is a selfportrait).
Muito obrigado mestre!
An afternoon with Marcio Scavone /
I've spent a nice afternoon at my friend Marcio Scavone's place, at Alto da Boa Vista, in São Paulo. We've been talking about life and future projects and looking at lots of books and pictures. Talking and learning. Great time.
